Pakistan invites Manmohan Singh for Kartarpur corridor opening, but does not reveal date

Pakistan on Thursday extended formal invitation to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to attend the opening ceremony of the Kartarpur corridor even though it said the date for the event has not been finalized yet. Last month, a Pakistani official heading the project had announced that the corridor will be opened on November 9, three days ahead of the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak.
