Sources in the government said a team of officers is working on examining the order threadbare, including its technicalities and nuances, so that the trust can be constituted exactly as per the apex court’s verdict. The country’s top law officers, including the attorney general, as well as the law ministry will be involved in consultations regarding modalities of the proposed trust.
