Apex court eyes Ayodhya model

The bench headed by CJI S A Bobde called upon senior advocates Rajeev Dhavan and C S Vaidyanathan to employ their teams’ expertise in streamlining the filing of written submissions and dividing the allocation of time to lawyers representing the two sides. CJI Bobde and Justices Ashok Bhushan and S Abdul Nazeer were part of the five-judge bench which decided the Ayodhya case after a marathon 40-day hearing.
