Rs 25,000 crore projects by March 2021, Piyush Goyal promises J&K

Six Union ministers on Sunday embarked on the first leg of the Centre’s outreach in J&K, with commerce minister Piyush Goyal calling the erstwhile state “desh ka noor (jewel in the crown)” and promising “exemplary transformation after 70 years of deprivation”.
