ATS 'sure' Hiran was killed; Waze seeks pre-arrest bail

Assistant police inspector Sachin Waze, who has been accused by the wife of Thane businessman Mansukh Hiran of killing him, has moved the Thane sessions court seeking anticipatory bail. ​​The court has kept the matter for hearing on March 19 and is likely to issue notice to the state Anti-Terror Squad (ATS), which is probing the murder case, to file its say.
