NIA wants train arson probed as terror attack

The act of arson by a Delhi man that led to three train passengers jumping to their death off the Alappuzha-Kannur Express in Kerala on April 2 may have been a terror attack that needs to be looked at from a wider perspective, NIA has said in its preliminary report to the ministry of home affairs.
